Wontons
Mix:
2 cups of fatty minced pork
1 cups of diced dried liver or dried pork sausages
And ‘some’ of the following if desired:
1 stalk chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 or 2 splashes of rice wine
Make into triangular wonton
Seal edge using wash made by beating ½ cup of water and egg yoke
Make into wontons using thin readymade wrapper if poaching
Serve with soup
Alternatively:
Make into wontons using thick readymade wrappers if deep frying
Serve with sweat and sour and soy sauce
