Oh Toppy, you really need to look at that point you are making in more detail to understand the true history! Have you actually read all of the history? If you do then maybe you might understand why we now think ERM are the bogey man!

No they did not! Emposa lead the charge to get rid of the previous lot. They were pleading with ERM to join & had they from the beginning we would have been successful then (& we might have saved a few more dollars & pain). ERM were warned from the outset but had their fingers in their ears until they decided to do it themselves & now you say they lead the charge.....hahaha what a load of BS! & really quite offensive to all of the original instigators of the board removal.
At best a bunch of halfwits don't you think? I mean it took them almost 12 months later to do what us plebs knew needed to be done long before. If you think that is intelligent management then good for you as I certainly don't.
They are the Bogey man....why..just read the last bit again, look at the board stacking & look at the SP since they have done all of those value adding initiatives. What a stupid thread!
