I have been watching AIZ fall and wondering why and wondering when to buy in. According to Comsec the EPS is forecast to grow by 105% next year and 13% in the year after. Dividend forecast is 13% Yr1 and 15% Yr2. The problem I see is the debt to equity ratio of 118%, but if they sell their share in Virgin the debt should come down. Can anyone provide reasons for the fall from $2.50 a month ago, or for the 6% fall today?
