I believe if announcements to the market have specific timelines and companies do not meet these schedules then the market should be informed through updated announcements.On the BS side of the story look at the hyperbole created over the MOU with vnpta ,creating a trading halt! Cocoman is stating the bleeding obvious,but companies will work within the guidelines.Shareholders are coming a distant last with Norwood .
