they are substantially behind in their rent, thats why the notice was on the door it states the reasons "default notice" followed by "the lessee failed to remedy the defaults specified in the default notice" and the lessor has terminated that lease.

A locksmith was there this morning drilling the door locks to allow KR and Co Sec inside. 45 minutes later police and possibly the owner/property manager arrived.
My take, cash paid on the knocker until another tenant is available.
No, not good news, basically we have run out of money.
