    Your interpretation of point 2 is wrong.

    If you read further into the announcement itself rather than focusing on the highlights, you will notice that Nick Clark states:

    "Our share of the PCM bedding market is over $5 million dollar annually."

    There is no ambiguity in that statement. Alexium's share of the PCM bedding market as of this announced deal is over $5 million dollars annually.
