I don't know the exact situation regarding the court case to get the legal fees back. But being dragged into court is never fun, regardless of whether you think you are going to win or not. In a lot of cases, even though you have a water tight case, you can lose on very small left field technicalities; so you can count on "being on edge" regardless.

I never thought that I would be pulled into court, but even then, the mere fact that I received a legal letter gave me quite a few sleepless nights until the successful 249D. The shoe is in the other foot now. With this waiting to get back into court etc I hope Karma will give us all a bit of vindication.
