I love the swot analysis if caution is the worst WEAKNESS they can come up with, then Im happy - have not even seen a hint of paralysis by analysis in this mob - just the solid trudging one sees in someone who has weight up the options and decided on a course and now determined to get the job done - - caution/conservatism our only percieved weakness - when I see that in people I tend to look at it as a strength - just keeps getting better
