TV2U TO LAUNCH INTO AUSTRALIAN MARKET THORUGH JV AGREEMENT WITH LEADING B2B
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDER OM TELECOM
 TV2U signs joint venture (JV) agreement with one of the leading Australian‐owned independent
telecommunications services provider, Om Telecom (OMT)
 The JV provides TV2U an opportunity to sell its entertainment solution to a large market with minimal
upfront capital expenditure
 All revenue generated from the JV will be shared equally between TV2U and OMT
 OMT has access to a customer base of over 200,000 through its partnerships with 12 Internet Service
Providers (ISPs). OMT has substantial potential to increase its customer base through the Allianz
Global Assistance (AGA) platform PAGE
 The customer base is expected to expand rapidly as OMT aims to increase its ISP partnerships to 20
by December 2016
