Needless to say if you have a look back at the JORC of 28/4/2015 the company openly states that "Cobalt credits still being reviewed are expected to add to the resource value" and "Significant levels of cobalt occur in the Maibele North mineralisation yet cobalt has not been included in the resources estimate. It is anticipated that the inclusion of cobalt will add valuable credits to the Maibele North ore and the resource will be upgraded by inclusion of cobalt values in due course"

Not to put too fine a point on it, but if you're investing money based on rumours from unknown sources then you are a betting man.
