The way I read it, the collaborator is Genentech. RH said to me they have catchups every 4-6weeks and Genentech is trying to use the CPP (rebranded as FPP) to deliver their own drug cargoes to an intracellular target.
I suggest the strategic directional change to target cancer only came about when they discovered they could come up with their own myc inhibitors.
As far as price action goes, there is an element of pump and dump leading into newsflow, but still appears to be more buyers than sellers. Sellers are folding at that 1.6c-1.8c level. Can't blame them for taking a 60 to 80% trading profit.
Apart from the traders, stock seems very tightly held.
