Must be a little boredom creeping into the registry here. If the directors haven't disclosed its because they haven't been able to. What is the point if nothing definitive has occured for them to actually make a disclosure.

Unlike most of the fickle posters here, the directors are actually in this for the long term, and address corporate matters aligned with their lont term goals. Hence some HC posters might have a little goal conflict....hmm? No point threatening them with dumping your minor interests... I dont the Board really cares less whether you hold or sell... I still hold, and have done so from 3.5c....for me this is a portfolio bet designed to catapalt. In the end dont care if I lose or win. Just money, and a game....Perhaps my youth has shone through in this post.
