Landau paid his trip to Sth Africa to check out both CCC and NKP sites. He became the OKAP promoter.
What then happened was that Cowie discovered that the Bengwenyama Tribe had taken Genorah Resources not NKP to court. He queried Landau who told him that the lawyers said all was fine. Cowie decided to pull the plug because he no longer trusted Landau as he failed to inform him of the litigation.
I have a copy of the court documents presented by Maredi to the court.
At the same time ANGLO and ARM moved against Genorah. This started the rot. The various Sth African courts got into the act and maybe received a bribe until the CON COURT removed the two Tubatse farms from NKP.
For the record NKP is not and was never bankrupt.
Hope the above assists your query.
The CCC story i am not 100% sure of other than it went very sour and operational aspects and difficulties not disclosed for many years.
