Why dont we sell the plant to ERM to cover the debt and with the rest of the money enough shares to buy us seat on the ERM board so we have a steady income, ERM shares are down so its a good time to buy in, then all we have to worry about is to find someone to come in and help pay for the exploration program and then we can sell our gas and oil back to ERM under a nice health contract that would drive the share price through the roof then all is well. The contract is signed and done as part of the selling of the production hub, as part of the contract red gully, gin gin and the hole we drilled that we dont know what's going on, the pipe line the permits that go with the production hub.
