Heartwarming stuff but this would be an absolute disaster for current SOC shareholders.
Why would i want someone holding 22m shares on the board and GTT to be removed when they hold over 167m shares personally. I think management should be applauded for investing so much money in the company to date. Well done its about time directors actually invested cold hard cash themselves so interests are aligned with shareholders.
The guy would holds 22m shares admitted to selling shares himself so not sure he holds much creditability either.
