I'm also curious as to why the announcement reads plainly "Capital Raising". To be fair to the company they have stated fully funded so I would assume there would be questions if capital is needed to fund general operations. Shareholders always get shafted but what's happening here may not be as bad as first impressions seem. Mine included. Not a holder, just an observer and fingers crossed holders will be better off after this.
