    I like how he says "and a sensible offer & pricing opportunity came about" that to me sounds like they have someone lined up already, or the issue price for us will be pretty good. 3c+

    The fact they are only raising a small amount, perhaps they are confident in the upcoming revenues and partnerships will be sooner rather then later.
