re: a very good month Selloff seems a bit overdone IMO. Announced a good profit and the announcement did say that it will take some time before announcement would have any affect (as the announcement deals with purchase of new debt not existing debt).
The announcement also notes that the newly announced contract will largely replace.
While I'm obviously in agreement that this is regarded as negative at the moment, possibly longer term a good thing. If they are in disagreement with the other partners about how to run the JV they are probably best to go it alone and purchase in their own right, don't need to satisfy anyone else. I sort of feel the management may have been distracted by this review and can now concentrate on running the business and growing the book.
