There appears to be a strong consensus that Lom shareholders are being very generous to the directors, SIMPLE SOLUTION!! VOTE NO ALL MOTIONS!!!
Lom needs to get rid of the 'Dead Wood' (AT etc) and bring in people are committed, motivated and are prepared to grow the company for the benefit of shareholders!
Just vote no!!!
