Needs an announcement of a decent sale.
If it wins endorsement of the military in the September trials that will pretty much make it the defacto standard and drive other instrumentalities to commit with confidence. Or worse, the baddies start using drones offensively. Unless D13 pulls some rabbits out of it patent portfolio hat - possibly in regards to bandwidth enhancement - things are apt to remain a little dull around here.
