Looks like these projects should be digging out dirt within 12 months
It seems that it is taking an eternity for our EMP to be approved even though it ticks all the boxes and is ideally situated.
The question begs
How hard will it be for anyone else who wants to play in the PASS game?
especially when we are talking millions of tonnes over the next few years
The good thing about underground railways is that once they start - they just keep going
