The fall back to 3c is expected with the capital raise. Who knows some sophisticated investors may have sold some existing stock to take up the placement.
What I am interested in is who bought all those shares at about 3.9 to 4c when DAF sold and who are the people taking up the placement. I am sure these buyers who have spent truckloads have confidence in AGY management and the longer term view.
It wont take much to break 4c. The selling pressure has died. The market needs a signal of buying confidence again and we are away again.
