Can't see the problem as Yowie have only signed a three year licensing agreement for the right to manufacture and distribute YO-KAI WATCH.
It doesn't say they are going to start producing them immediately. I think they will watch the market very close to see how north america reacts to the TV series first and when the success of the TV series picks up Yowie will start producing then.
