4. it seems like they are targetting developed economies, which seems a lot smarter fora company that charges a % fee, as the transfer amounts should be larger and they will earn more % on each transaction... one transfer of $1000 makes the same as 100 transfers of $10... i can seriously see people transferring bulk money to buy houses and other high value items over a service like this...
