I felt discussions with Andrew were positive. Sojitz announcement probably might be before finance but can't be sure. Both are getting very close.
Couldn't say too much about finance as it is with the Germans and waiting on final due diligence but I don't believe there is anything negative to report...
I do believe that as per the process outlined for Loan Guarantee that the KFW bank will make the formal application after completion of due diligence
I guess we just have to wait and trust in the German and Japanese cultures of being professional and keeping to deadlines etc
