    I think this is a big 'wink wink nudge' towards NAG:
    "...which could involve strategic infilling of excavations below the water table"

    It's not often (if ever) that this wording is used....

    And just to re-iterate for the newbies, treating PASS with Lime is expensive, a lot more expensive than chucking it in a hole...
