I am very curious, if GMM shareholders will be ripped or paid well.
The trading of last two weeks speaks for the first one unfortunately.
20% premium would mean nearly 75c.
M. Fotios is surely the key. If he further is working for GMM/GXY, it could be a ripp for GMM shareholders, if he steps out, GMM shareholders could be well rewarded.
The private shareholder will never be informed about all deal details.
Bought in very very cheap and GMM has been my best progressing stock ever, but i have seen much more value possibility....not so glad with the take over.
