Ann: Trading Halt request-GMM.AX, page-49

Hey folks,

First post and relatively new to the trading game so HC has been a valuable info resource.

I only bought into GXY recently and then GMM a few days later once it became apparent the JV deal was an exceptional outcome for GMM.

Assuming the merger goes through, I am curious as to whether the terms of the original JV deal will carry much weight at the negotiation table? Does anyone else get the feeling this is phase 2 of a 'bait n switch' tactic on behalf of GXY ? Blind Freddie could see this move was always in GXY interests ? Do you think GMM shareholders are going to be fairly compensated I guess is my main Q…?
