the credit was fully allocated/applied for but the price hadn't been set yet. It was based on the share price at the time and because it was bashed down to 2.6c they couldn't ask more than 2.2c, as its the share price + a discount- what they usually do in a credit. I think they were going for the 2c mark but missed it because the price absolutely wouldn't go under 2.6c, maybe if it had dropped to 2.4c maybe they could get 2c shares.
