Dear Ms. Kidson, REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, XTEK Limited (ASX: XTE) requests a Voluntary Suspension of its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising that is proposed to be underwritten. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 30 May 2016, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the fundraising.
