    I don't think raising cash will be too much of a problem...if needed....

    They could always delivery shale to someone else's plant.....

    Old Mr White must be due to retire one day (If he's still there),.....?

    ECM is a cheap entry to the oil shale.....Won't be as explosive as GRV or ESMCA but if it goes off there's enough for everyone imo....
