In my opinion, you would only manipulate the buying que if you were a scared seller.
It doesn't say much for FAR.
With 100m shares recently issued at 13 cents, some of these must be getting very nervous. Expect them in the market as their stops are hit.
Eagle may save FAR but it is months off. After that there is nothing for years.
