The facility is only small so small runs will be all that they can do at the moment. As for changeovers, this would be relatively simple with what I have seen of the process. What do you mean buy out the whole CDC complex, they own the whole building already?????
Volume will come from extending operating times as I believe they only have one day shift run of milk at the moment but with increased volumes they could easily run an extra shift or 2. IMHO.
