If it was me / whoever was in the role all shareholders are important and the email / mobile / twitter / hotcopper where it is not insider info / strategic to future value should be available.
PLS is real.
It does not need ramping it just needs awareness of what a great team and asset PLS has on the ground to bring more foreign friends to the PLS party.
