1. They are still conducting due diligence regarding the proposed farm-in (in line with the announcement of 10 May); or

2. They are still in discussions with the other interested parties (assumed to be interested in an RTO of KIK); or

3. Perhaps they are finalising their plans one way or the other as we speak.

I have no inside information but it is also possible that they have informed the ASX that they are close to doing a deal with someone and that the securities should remain in play until that deal has been sorted. They state of play may not need to be communicated to the market because there is no material change to their announcement of the 10th of May.

Just thinking allowed. Still high risk but as I said before, worth a little flutter INMO, especially if any moves are associated with IOT or it's proposed spin-off OTT.

I would have to agree with that Biggles, advice i received was we are very close to finalizing a deal.....that was all and they were very confident of the deal going through sometime soon....cheers
