Seller likely to be the same one that originally held 20m...possibly just the resumption of his determination to reduce exposure?? If it was this same seller, surely he must be sub-5m by now?

As regards the cap raise, may be plugging a short term cash flow hole that will ultimately be fixed when ore deposits to the Norton mill pad resume, which I'm guessing will occur shortly, given the recent announcement that the assaying issues had been resolved.

The critical issue re post-raising share price action is: who has the stock been placed with: flippers? or sticky hands? If it's the former, share price action will be sloppy. But if it's the latter, it should instil some confidence, and anyone who sold in the hope of picking up cheaper stock - whether by being offered stock in the placement or hoping to mop up in the aftermarket washout - will regret that mindset.

This story will gain traction, as it demands attention from small cap insto funds who are looking for the next cheap de-risked story with positive cash flow & profit going forward. Hopefully, Fear Of Missing Out will become the EXG catchcry! If were weren't all long to the gills for years, wouldn't we be excited about the prospects? Not the time to be capitulating, IMHO. Anyone buying now is essentially buying a start-up business that has largely been de-risked. If the company can put in place a decent debt facility within the next several months that can cover over any road-bumps, that would take some of angst out of the journey.

Take a deep breath everyone. We're all just fatigued, but I'm confident we will look back at this time frame as the turning point
