i havent looked at the table you are referring to but they will usually say "buy below a certain price" or "buy if it goes above a certain price"

the stocks dont always trigger the trade. i have been getting the report lately and a lot of their recommendations dont get triggered. 10% however seems quite low so i will have a closer look at the website when i get home. they tend to make 1 stock recommendation and 1 option recommendation each day but not always - depends on the market i guess.

b2 i'm not sure which BPC trade you are referring to - there was a recommendation about a week ago to buy BPC for 65c or less. this trade was triggered and BPC is at 68c - about 4-5% profit in a week.
