Hopefully not to far away (given that FDA has now provided written guidance on the primary end points for P3 approval and commercialisation). But as MSB has previously stated Europe will not kick off until partner is in place, as they will run the show (just like Teva) with MSB to support manufacturing ( via Lonza – key MSB alliance partner)

The market and cost to healthcare is massive, as outlined below.

Chronic Discogenic Low Back Pain (CDLBP)
Mesoblast’s investigational product candidate MPC-06-ID is being developed to target the population of patients suffering from moderate to severe chronic low back pain due to moderately degenerated discs. The target patient population has failed conservative treatment options, may have failed epidural steroid injections to alleviate pain and has no treatment option other than invasive and costly surgical interventions. Over four million patients in the United States alone suffer from CDLBP. Total costs of low back pain are estimated to be between US$100 billion and US$200 billion annually with two thirds attributed to patients’ decreased wages and productivity.

A relevant article for fundamentalists invested in MSB (understanding the technology / opportunity). I’m nowhere near as sophisticated as Tom Dobell (at the helm of the M&G Recovery Fund since March 2000),..just a retail investor, but I understand his approach. As recent as Nov 2015, M&G participated in Nasdaq raising and have been accumulating steadily over the years.

The article is not about MSB but rather his approach to investing.

MSB over the coming months is definitely at..what do they call it ?? inflection point.
