A move into India would be great but as the report says one of the biggest risks to DCC is competition so it will probably boil down to who you know. Jorge has been instrumental in getting some things going in Sth America due to his connections there and as Zhenya pointed out it was one of the reasons they targeted Sth America in the first place, so , if Z is onto a move into India then it stands to reason there are some connections there as well that he can leverage off. IMO of course.
