Not sure if it will require any news for it to go higher in the short term as there is a now a realisation in certain quarters of the likely commercial application and development of this project becoming a distinct reality. Based on the known information released to market I am confident that news of 'real' commercial deal(s) will come in due course. I think this is still very cheap at .12 cents after assessing the possibilities.
