I see you like stirringOTOH you can also see it as an accidental reminder of why people invested in PAA. Like everybody I would have liked them to be into phase 2 already. I hope there are no more big delays. But to put it into context, it usually takes 7 to 10 years to get to this stage, PAA has done it in 3.5. If I hadn't bought my fill of PAA in December, I'd be buying more now.
