substantial shareholder

Despite the fact that I am now out of DLS, it was a pleasure to read today's announcement from Daryl Dixon and David Scanlen about the special general meeting requisition and their "association".

It seems they are the champions of the small shareholder and I commend any existing shareholders to get firmly behind them. I would, but I'm out. I am thinking of buying in just so I can particpate in the defeat of the motions promoted by DLS board/management.

Just postulating on the outcome if the SPG requisition motions are carried, I expect the existing CEO would be replaced and we could expect some more pro-active and sensible management ie. no more BUY faiscoes, proper debt facilities to fund ground facilities in Cooper etc.
