Despite the technicalities on the part of who actually owned the land in the first place resulting in the latest process currently being undertaken due to the primitive systems in SI, it does NOT excuse the findings that Judge Brown detailed in his report of the corruption and skullduggery that SMM entered into to try to strip Isabel away from being mined by Axiom.
