I rarely attend AGM's, not that they are a waste of time, no, they are often very useful in total. A time for directors and shareholders to get together, a time for the company to present itself and what it has done. I am always a little bemused to read what XYZ said about ACB etc and why it's all fairy floss.
But can I ask Snorky, "why did you not ask a hard question" you were able to assess that none had been asked, so why not put a wrong right ?
The answer is of course most AGM's are not conducive to forensic's, and "you did not like to etc" but never the less they have their place and sometimes present a surprise.
