@Reiner001 to work out a market cap estimate sometimes I will use around 10% as the annual earnings.

On this occasion I used 12.5%

If you multiply the expected annual tonnage rate of spodumene for both MC and JB (400,000tpa) by the spodumene price of $600 you will come to $240 million.

Divide that by 12.5 then multiply that by 100. That gives you the market cap estimate in USD based on a 12.5% annual rate of return.

Then convert it to AUD
