Nice investigation/deduction. I don't think its Clay leaving either as this would kill his credibility. He worked hard to get where he is, no reason not to see this through, especially as he is the CEO. I would believe that his credibility means more to him than what he can earn at Zyber. He does have substantial shares so that is also an incentive to stay and make it work.
Zyber is in the right sector and lots of opportunities to win. It just needs to see through the POC trials and generate new pipeline.
All it takes is 1 big win and other companies will be waiting in line to trial the product.
