Your question is "How many shares you should hold to get rights" ?
-> For every 5 shares you hold you will get 3 Shares @ 1Cent each
Yes, I have seen PLS changed to minimum 5000 shares, as it has been heavily oversubscribed.
Example : If you have say 500 shares before 3rd of June, you will be eligble for 300 shares @ 1C.
