Shareholders both current and past, media, certain government agency's will all be watching with interest the outcome of the upcoming General Meeting.

It greatly disturbs me that current legislation allows convicted persons to be able to sit on the boards of publicly listed companies. Furthermore it infuriates me to think that when such crimes are committed that the rest of the board choose to ignore bad conduct and take no action. especially bad conduct against women. Surely CDB has a code of conduct within its structure.

Perhaps we all need to push for legislation to be changed to reflect this sad case of events. Sadly its the shareholders who have missed an opportunity in seeing true value realised on their holdings. At the end of the day it was never going to happen.
