The market has already acknowledged there's "no change" in OPEC production outputs.
Iran oil minister didn't attend the meeting in April.
This week meeting in Vienna will see Russian oil minister going for a holiday because he said the discussion is "irrelevant"
If OPEC didn't agree when oil was $35 how should they agree to freeze at current pace of
productions.
Iran and Irag have just pumping more oil to win more market shares.
This meeting is just to gather some kingpins to show up their muscles.
If OPEC wants to kill US shalers. It's time. Pump as hard as they should.
Then US oilers must seek for growths outside the US shale.
Yes the view is capping the rallies of poo but the important thing is imbalanced demand-supply. US shalers are on the verge of corruptions if oil stays lower for longer at current resistance poo.
Poo is going to traded sideway and I don't think there are more significant investment in greenfield projects as there are no incentives to invest at current poo.
That's the main point to concentrate only in the major producers.
I do like osh but I stick with my view on sto pipelines sale to reduce debts.
Recommendations for STO Analysis
30-May-16 Citi
Citi analysts believe most analysts are too conservative in their forecasts for GLNG and APLNG, basing forecasts on company guidances, while investors seem too focused on low LNG prices.
Citi analysts are convinced both projects remain poised to surprise to the upside and this makes both Origin Energy and Santos a Buy. Buy now, say the analysts, for the writing is already on the wall as both projects are ramping up production faster than anticipated.Target rises to $6.79 from $6.68.
