But they run a business, and just as a shareholder in Lend Lease would be happy for them to be focusing on projects in the $100m's not domestic renovations, I'm happy that Nea focus their efforts on the higher end of the market. One large customer = to 5,500 little customers in turnover, and probably 10,000 little customers in profit.

I think the share price is just filling a gap.
